Yes-U-Are Partnership (YUA) now provides flexible function spaces in the newly renovated area of the Erskine Building. Our workspaces are available for your events, for an informal meeting, interview,  presentation,  training course, to run your own workshop or conference,   Suiting a variety of projects; individuals, clubs and organisations, artists, entrepreneurs, start-ups, SME's, freelancers can all be accommodated.

Facilities at the centre include a multi-purpose room with the capacity for up to 40 delegates and 3 other meeting rooms with a capacity of 12 delegates in each.

Our flexible event spaces can be tailored to your layout requirements, they are bookable by the hour or a day and they are available for evening functions as required, with refreshments arranged as requested. Our friendly staff do all they can to help you and your projects.

To support your activities and to boost your productivity, hot-desking is available; we have a projector, whiteboard, a PA system,  and kitchen area and an outdoor seating area for your convenience.
Room Hire 

Our room hire rates and extras are extremely competitive,

the price per hour is £15 for any room include access to use catering for Tea/Coffee, We offer a 20% discount for a block of +2 hours and repeat booking.
